Crown Noire Cosmetics ships worldwide via USPS and other shipping carriers. Our shipping rates vary based on destination and total weight of the package.
Shipping Times
The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Approximate shipping times are indicated at checkout. Some shipments may experience delays when passing through customs. Please keep this in mind when calculating shipping times.
**Please note that due to Covid-19, customers may experience delays in shipping as Canada Post and USPS is taking important safety measures to protect their employees. Furthermore, postal service to select international destinations have been suspended. To see if service to your country is impacted, please visit Canada Post Service Interruptions and USPS Service Disruptions. All orders with delivery addresses in service suspended countries will be refunded.
When shipping internationally, Crown Noire Cosmetics is not responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties.
Please note, Crown Noire Cosmetics is not responsible for the transit of packages that may be affected by, but not limited to, customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to local postal services in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delay, including any postal strikes. USPS and their international shipping partners are responsible for the transit and delivery of all packages in their custody.
My Order Hasn't Arrived!
Customers may file claims for damaged and/or missing contents immediately, but no later than 60 days from the date of order. We are happy to offer a one-time courtesy reshipment of your order if it does not arrive within 4 weeks of shipping on a non-trackable order under the condition that the shipping address on file is 100% correct and complete.
Oops! I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address... Now What?
We are sorry that this happened, and we have definitely been there. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your order to you ASAP!
However, we are asking you, the customer, to understand that we are a small business and every time we have to reship an order we end up losing money on the sale. Not just losing profit, but losing money. We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:
The customer is responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct and complete. Crown Noire Cosmetics cannot change the shipping address once an order has been shipped out nor are we responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If you have made an error in entering your address (either incorrect or incomplete), we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of reshipping your order. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our cost of shipping and a 40% penalty, because most of the time, the packages are not returned to us and we do not recover the cost of the product.
This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to fix it! Thank you again for your business, we are thrilled to work together with our customers to get them our amazing products, as quickly and efficiently as possible!

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot offer returns at this time. If your products arrive damaged, please see our Exchange Policy below.
