I have sensitive skin. Are Queen of the Cut Crease stencils safe to use?

Absolutely! Our stencils are made from the highest quality materials and are gentle, hypoallergenic, latex free and safe for sensitive skin. We do recommend leaving them on the skin for a maximum of 30 minutes. 

What happens if I leave the stencils on my eyelids for longer than 30 mins? 

The adhesive on the stencils becomes stronger the longer you leave it on so you may need to use more pressure to remove the stencil.

Will QotCC work on any eye size and shape? 

Yes! QotCC stencils have been designed and tested to fit many different eye sizes and shapes. We do recommend that any our Asian beauties choose the QotCC labelled Asian Beauties Edition which have been designed to flatter Asian eye shapes including monolids.

Were animals harmed in the making and testing of QotCC? 

We love our furry friends as much as you do. No animals were used in the making of QotCC. Only helpful humans were used to test QotCC designs. With their consent, of course. 

What are shipping rates and delivery times? 

Shipping rates and delivery times are based on weight of your order and delivery location. Please check out our Shipping Policy. 

The stencils are too sticky! What can I do? 

Place the stencils on the back of your hand to before applying on your eyelids to remove excess tack. Please keep in mind that the stencils need to be sticky enough to stay on your skin while blending eyeshadows.

Will the stencils pull on my skin when removing? 

Our stencils have been designed to be strong enough to stay on your eyelid while blending eyeshadows but gentle enough not to irritate the skin upon removal. With any adhesive product, there will be gentle pulling on the skin when the stencils are removed. Rest assured that the adhesive has been tested on human skin and can remain on the skin without irritation.

I'm still scared about irritating my skin when removing the stencil. 

Apply a base (concealer or coloured cream base) to your eyelids prior to applying the stencil. This will help the stencils to peel off without any tugging.

What happens if I placed the stencil incorrectly? 

All good! It happens sometimes. Simply remove and reapply. It's that easy!
